my loves

The reason for this post is to show off some pictures of my kids. I actually got a shot of them together while they were busy with their treats. Naturally I needed to share! Well, and to brag on them a bit, because they are sweet bundles of awesome. <3

T was very excited about the activities today. He decorated Scooby-Doo valentines for his dad, sister, and classmates, and came home from school with a little goodie bag of treats and valentines. Of course he wanted to dig into the candy, and I told him he could have one piece. He chose the blue bunny lolly (I think he thought it was a blue bear), then melted my heart when he held up his other lolly, a red heart, and said "E!" He was so excited to share with his little sister, and she was more than happy to accept! The child looooves candy.

E also did her share of heart melting today. She kept trying to say "Love you" over and over. I said it to her, she said it back. Everyday it seems that she's saying more words and phrases. The kiddos even gave me a present today - they cooperated and let me take an honest-to-goodness nap. It's the little things, really.
